End User License for QuickBooks for monday

QuickBooks for monday ("we," "our," or "us"), a service provided by ECOMG LLC, is governed by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). By downloading, installing, or using the QuickBooks for monday integration, you ("End-User" or "You") agree to comply with this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Licensed Application.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words with initial letters capitalized have specific meanings as defined below. The definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural forms.

Definitions
Licensed Application: Refers to the QuickBooks for monday integration software.
Company: Refers to ECOMG LLC, located at 1934, 701 Tillery Street Unit 12, Austin, TX, Travis, US, 78702.
Device: Any hardware capable of running the Licensed Application, such as a computer, mobile device, or tablet.
Service: The QuickBooks-monday integration provided by QuickBooks for monday.
Usage Data: Data collected automatically during your use of the Licensed Application, including IP addresses, device type, and user activity.
You: The individual or entity using the Licensed Application.
Scope of License
The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to You by ECOMG LLC for personal or internal business use under the terms of this EULA.

You may not:

Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Licensed Application.
Copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application.
Transfer the Licensed Application to unauthorized third parties.
Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license.

Use of the Licensed Application
The Licensed Application enables seamless integration between QuickBooks and monday.com for managing invoices, estimates, and customer records. The use of this software must comply with:

Applicable laws and regulations.
QuickBooks for monday is not responsible for compliance with third-party terms or data managed on third-party platforms.

Maintenance and Support
ECOMG LLC is solely responsible for providing support for the Licensed Application.
QuickBooks and monday.com are not responsible for maintaining or supporting the Licensed Application.

Technical Requirements
The Licensed Application requires a compatible device and system to function properly.
Updates to the Licensed Application may be provided at the discretion of ECOMG LLC to ensure compatibility with new software and hardware.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets the technical requirements.

Data Handling
No Data Retention: QuickBooks for monday does not store customer data such as invoices, estimates, or customer records. Data is temporarily processed for syncing purposes and deleted once the process is complete.
Usage Data: Anonymized usage data may be collected to improve the Licensed Application.
All data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services
The Licensed Application integrates with third-party platforms (QuickBooks and monday.com).

QuickBooks for monday is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.
Users must comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party services.
Service interruptions or changes made by these platforms may affect the Licensed Application.
Liability
The Licensed Application is provided "as is."
ECOMG LLC is not responsible for:
Device incompatibility or misuse.
Loss or corruption of data due to user actions or external factors.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Licensed Application or $1,000, whichever is less.
Termination
This license remains effective until terminated.
ECOMG LLC may terminate this license if You fail to comply with the terms of this EULA.
Upon termination, You must uninstall the Licensed Application and cease all use.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Licensed Application is warranted to be free of spyware, viruses, and malicious code at the time of download.
No warranty is provided for functionality outside the scope described in the user documentation.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
